Creekwood HOA Inc is a mandatory membership Home Owner's Association, which enforces the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions ("CCRs") that run with the ownership of each lot in the Subdivision. As of January 2022, annual dues for each lot are $240.00 per year, which can be paid annually or monthly. A copy of the CCRs is on another page. The only reason that Creekwood HOA exists is to preserve the value of each property in the subdivision.
